PAYMENT, TAXES & GRATUITY
After confirming your reservation, you'll receive an electronic invoice with online payment options. Payment is due on or before the day of pickup. Taxes are excluded from the listed prices but will be detailed on the invoice. While gratuity is optional, cash tips for drivers are greatly appreciated. Your generosity helps retain our drivers and ensures reliable, high-quality service—setting us apart from standard apps and cabs.
We operate 7 days a week, from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM. Reservations made at least 48 hours in advance through our online Reserve A Ride tool are recommended for a smooth experience. Same-day requests are welcome without a surcharge but depend on availability. For services outside our regular hours (6:00 AM to 1:00 AM), a 25% surcharge applies, and will always be disclosed before confirmation or billing.

Our Chevy Trax service will soon be available, tailored for smaller groups of 1 to 3 passengers, providing efficient and reliable on-demand local rides.
